Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original HydraGarden packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and nutrient samples are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return for any damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
